Headlight bulbs purchased from www.hidlook.com come with a limited 90 day warranty begining from the date of purchase. If your bulb fails to light within the warranty period you are entitled to a free replacment bulb. All bulbs are checked before being shipped. HIDLOOK will not warranty physically damaged bulbs or parts. Warranty Replacement Instructions Bulbs 1. Send Faulty or dead bulb along with a copy of your packing slip to: WWW.HIDLOOK.COM P.O. Box 8635 Erie, PA 16505 2. WAIT. Your replacement bulb will be mailed out to you within 5 buisness days after we recieve replacement request. Bulb must show no signs of physical damage or abuse. HID Conversion Kits 1. All HID Conversion Kits come with a 1 year warranty. If your HID Conversion kit fails within 1 year of purchase please contact joe@hidlook.com for warranty claim Warranty does NOT cover physical damage! Return shipping cost of the defective item is the responsibility of the customer. HIDLOOK will cover shipping cost of the replacement item back to the customer only. HID CONVERSION KIT REPLACEMENT PARTS Parts come with a 1 year warranty. If your HID Conversion kit replacement part fails within 1 year of purchase please contact joe@hidlook.com for warranty claim Return shipping cost of the defective item is the responsibility of the customer. HIDLOOK will cover shipping cost of the replacement item back to the customer only. All HID conversion kits returned for refund will be charged a %15 restocking fee. This fee covers our loss on shipping charges,loss on payment transaction fees charged to us by the bank and labor loss.
